Overview

The Drinking Water System Energy Resilience Value Estimator is designed to calculate the internal system costs, and the costs to commercial and industrial customers, of water system interruptions – loss of water delivery – caused by electrical outages. These costs can be used as a proxy for the value of avoiding interruptions through increased electrical energy resilience.
